Terms of Use
SquadPilot FPL is a decision-support tool for Fantasy Premier League. It produces recommendations and projections; you make every decision and every move on your own FPL account yourself. SquadPilot cannot act on your FPL account and never will.
Projections are estimates built from public data. Football is not obliged to follow them — that is why every projection is frozen at the deadline and scored in public on the Decision Ledger, misses included. Use the service at your own judgement; we are not responsible for the outcome of your fantasy decisions.
Don't abuse the service: no scraping the app at volume, no reselling access, no attempting to disrupt it for other managers. We may suspend accounts that do.
SquadPilot FPL is independent — not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Premier League, Fantasy Premier League, or any football club.
Privacy
SquadPilot reads only public data from the official Fantasy Premier League API — the same fixture, player and team data anyone can see. Importing your squad uses your public team ID. We never ask for, collect, or store your FPL password.
What we hold about you:
- Your email address (account sign-in and receipts).
- Your FPL team ID and the plans and decisions you lock in the app.
- Standard payment records, handled by our payment processor — we never see your card details.
We don't sell your data, and we don't run third-party ad trackers. To have your account and data deleted, email support@squadpilot.tech and we'll do it — the only trace that remains is anonymised entries already graded on the public ledger.
Refunds
Season Pass: 14-day, no-questions refund. If you buy the Founding Season Pass and change your mind within 14 days, email us and we'll refund it in full. No forms, no reasons required.
If we let you down at a deadline: if the service is down during a live FPL deadline window through our fault, we'll credit you pro-rata for the disruption — monthly subscribers get days added, Season Pass holders get an equivalent credit.
When you are billed. Billing starts when you subscribe. Founding Launch pricing is available until 31 August 2026: £19.99 for the full 2026/27 Season Pass, or £2.99/month. From 1 September 2026, new subscriptions are £29.99 for the Season Pass or £3.99/month. If you start a monthly subscription before 1 September you keep your £2.99/month founding rate for the remainder of the 2026/27 season. The free tier remains free, with no card required.
Cancelling. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and you keep Pro access until the end of the period you have already paid for — we do not pro-rate a part-used month. The Season Pass is a single payment covering the 2026/27 season and is covered by the 14-day refund above rather than by cancellation.
